We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
Unwanted Goods: If the goods are returned in its original condition within 14 days of the date the goods are received, payment will be refunded for the product which you have paid for (excl. P & P).
Faulty Goods: If you wish to return an item, which is faulty, which you did not order, or we are at fault, please contact us to inform us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Damage in Transit: If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.
Missing Items: If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can assist you further.
In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible. If your items are missing, faulty or wanted, please inform us through a writing notice via an email or phone us on 01924 430040. In the email, the Buyer must include the following details.
- Order Identification Number
- Name
- Address
- Goods Ordered
- Problem(s) with Goods
- The Buyer must not use the defected goods unless instructed in writing by the Seller to do so.
